Congress leader Sukhdeo Bhagat recently reacted to the telephonic interview between PM Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin, acknowledging historical ties between the two nations. “Certainly, we have had very good relations with Russia. Recently, due to a policy of PM Modi, it got a bit affected,” he told PTI.
Bhagat questioned Modi’s silence on U.S. President Donald Trump, asking, “Why is he not talking with Trump?”
